Charmzy.ai is an AI-powered character interaction platform operated by CHARMZY AI GLOBAL SOFTWARE LIMITED. Service is provided "as is".
02Age Restriction
This platform is only available to users aged 18 and above.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
03User Generated Content
Users bear full responsibility for uploaded content and generated AI prompts.
04Prohibited Content & Behavior
- •Child exploitation materials (CSAM): Zero tolerance. Account permanently deleted, authorities notified.
- •Deepfake: Obscene images of real people without consent is strictly prohibited.
- •Illegal activities: Violence, hate speech, and terrorist propaganda are strictly prohibited.
05NSFW Content Policy
Charmzy.ai allows user-generated mature and fictional AI content.
However, the platform maintains active control and reserves the right to remove any illegal, unethical, or non-compliant NSFW content without notice.
06Intellectual Property Rights
Charmzy.ai brand, logo, and software infrastructure are owned by the platform.
User Responsibility for Copyrights
Copyrighted Characters & Trademark Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from creating, generating, or sharing characters, images, or text that infringe upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties (including celebrities, fictional characters, or copyrighted media brands). Charmzy.ai acts as a neutral technology provider and does not claim ownership of user-generated prompts. Users bear full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright infringement resulting from their use of the platform.
07Limitation of Liability
Charmzy.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, morality, or safety of AI responses.
08Account Deletion & Jurisdiction
Charmzy.ai reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
09Refunds and Cancellations
Charmzy.ai offers digital subscription plans and virtual credits. Since these are intangible digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions are paid in advance and do not renew automatically; a plan simply ends at the end of its paid period, and any credits remaining on the account are kept. At checkout, the user expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins; on multi-month plans the credits are added monthly for the plan period.
10Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA)
If you believe that any content generated on Charmzy.ai infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with proof of ownership. We maintain a strict "notice and takedown" policy and will promptly investigate and remove any infringing content within 48 hours.
11Age verification
Charmzy.ai is for adults only. Where the law requires it (currently in the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Germany and some US states, and for visitors whose location cannot be determined), you must verify that you are 18 or older with our verification partner before you can chat or create images and videos; in the United Kingdom, Germany and for visitors whose location cannot be determined, also before you can view character profiles. Characters whose scenario or first message describes explicit sex are shown only to signed-in users and, in these regions, only after age verification. Trying to get around age verification is a breach of these Terms.
12Reporting, moderation and complaints
We use automated checks and human review to find and remove illegal content, such as content involving minors, real people without their consent or non-consensual acts. You can report a character from its profile page, or report any content or problem through the support form or at [email protected]. We review reports promptly, may remove content and suspend or close accounts, and act immediately on child sexual abuse material, including notifying the authorities. If you disagree with a decision we made about your content or account, or with how we handled your report, you can complain through the same channels and a person will review it.
If a user tells a character that they are thinking about suicide or self-harm, our automated safety check detects it, the character steps out of the story to encourage them to seek help, and we show a crisis helpline for their country (for example Samaritans 116 123 in the UK, 988 in the US, Lifeline 13 11 14 in Australia). Characters never encourage or describe self-harm.
Reporting illegal content (EU Digital Services Act): anyone, with or without an account, can report content they believe is illegal by writing to [email protected]. Please include the link to the content, why you think it is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. Signed-in users can also use the Report button on a character’s profile. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you our decision. If we hide or remove your content, we email you the reasons and how to ask for a review.
