8Account Deletion & Jurisdiction
Charmzy.ai reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9Refunds and Cancellations
Charmzy.ai offers digital subscription plans and virtual credits. Since these are intangible digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Users can cancel their active subscriptions at any time through their account settings, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
